Extreme heat can damage wine. During warm months (May through September), your order may be held until we determine that the temperatures are cool enough to get your wine to you safely. We highly recommend shipping by air to a business address during these months. Keep in mind that ground shipments may travel through hot places.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is emailed when the order has been processed by our shipping company.
Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the package, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made, after which the wine will be returned to our shipping company. Reshipment will incur new shipping charges, as well as return shipping charges.
Adult Signature Required
By law, wine orders require an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. Wine cannot be left without a signature.
