2018 Zin Gris
Barrel fermented dry rose of Zinfandel
We crush fully mature grapes from our own vineyards then draw off juice after only a few hours, providing a deep rose color. Slowly barrel fermented to dryness under the cool conditions of our caves, this wine is intensely flavored of strawberries and watermelon. A kiss of oak adds a welcome complexity.
It is best when served chilled, by itself, with smoked salmon or your own homemade gravlax.
